New Omega Update for No Man’s Sky: A Free Trial for All

Starting today, players both old and new can experience the latest Omega Update of No Man’s Sky with a free trial. This opportunity is open to everyone, even those who don’t currently own the game.

A Chance for Newcomers

With No Man’s Sky making a splash at The Game Awards 2023, it’s likely that some new players have joined the community. This free trial presents an excellent chance for them to test the game and decide if they’d like to invest in it.

Two-Week Expedition

The full Omega Expedition will last for two weeks and brings significant changes to the game. Some of the new features include on-planet missions, a new pirate dreadnought, quick missions for beginners, and much more.

Mysterious Omega Symbol

Leading up to the update, game creator Sean Murray shared a series of cryptic tweets featuring the Omega symbol. Fans were able to decipher that it pointed to this major update, and patch notes for the update were released earlier today.

Continuous Updates

Although this update marks a significant milestone for No Man’s Sky, it doesn’t rule out the possibility of further updates. Sean Murray hinted at more to come in a recent tweet listing previous updates and leaving room for potential future ones.

Joining Expeditions

With the Omega Update, players can now join expeditions and bring their favorite starships or custom multi-tools. Upon return to their main save, they will be rewarded with loot and exciting rewards.
